Líderes Campesinas is the go-to resource for helping systems and institutions be more welcoming, inclusive, and relevant to farmworker women.
Our members provide external DEI education to a wide range of institutions, agencies, organizations, and communities about the realities and needs of farmworker women. Across our history, we’ve provided trainings to clinics and hospitals, public health departments, safety net systems, academic institutions, and media outlets.
We also offer specialized programs such as Take it to the Fields which brought doctors and health professionals to the fields so they could learn how to provide more culturally-accessible care and to adapt their care to be delivered on site where farmworkers work.
