‘No more’: Local group uses art to raise awareness on domestic violence for Hispanic community

BAKERSFIELD, California (KBAK/FOX58) — One local organization, Lideres Campesinas, is helping raise awareness about domestic violence in the Hispanic community.
One of the ways they are doing this is by using art to help survivors speak up about their experiences. Organizer Jessica Nunez said talking about domestic violence can be a taboo topic in the Latino community.
